Alpine mrp-m500 amp settings? 2 JL 12" subs?

I have two 12" JL W0V2s hooked up to an alpine mrp-m500 v power amp. In the dash I have a Jensen flip out LCD screen, Jensen VM9214, which I believe is 2v. But what I was wondering is what settings should I have my amp set to for maximum bass output? Without blowing my subs of course. I already get people saying how loud it is and how it quakes but I'm getting used to it and I'd like to kick it up a notch if possible. There's Gain, Bass EQ, and LP filter, what should I set these to? Thanks in advance(: and I listen to stuff like Lloyd banks, lil' Wayne, and basically anything that bumps hard
