Ten points! What is it meant by "flagship" here?

In naval parlance, a flagship is the ship that an admiral uses as his home base. This ship displays the admiral's flag, prominently, as this is an honor. Usually, the admiral picks the biggest, newest, most powerful ship. Hence, today we use flagship to mean the best of a series. Department store chains have flagship stores, which are the newest, largest, and feature the latest remodel. In this instance, ARA Dragon Limited is being touted as the best offering of its parent group.
