Apps and songs won't go back on my ipod?

I tried syncing my iPod and it said "Error Code 3004". It told me to restore my iPod and it wouldn't let me into my iPod. When I restored it, it asked me if i wanted it to restore it as Curtis's iPod or a new iPod, i chose as Curtis's iPod. I synced my iPod but none of my songs or apps went on. My photos and videos did but that's it. I tried syncing it a couple more times but still nothing. I've had my iPod since this Christmas but Apple says my phone support is expired. When i did the online support thing, they give you multiple choice questions, my problem wasn't there, I don't know what to do, help?
