Czech citizen needs to renew Czech passport in the uk?

Hi my girl friend is from the Czech Republic and has lived in the UK for 4 years. Her passport is about to expire. Does anyone know how she goes about renewing it in the UK so she doesn’t have to go all the way back to Czech to get it renewed?
