What will be the price of Intel's 6 Core Sandy bridge processors ?

I would like to know what would be the MRP of Intel's 6 Core Sandy bridge processors when they are released and how much will the price reduce by Q2 or Q3 of 2012. The processors will be unveiled by Q3 2011. I would also like to know if intel would release a processor with 4 cores that superseded the 2600k at a price tag of less than 350$ by Q3 2012.
