So this is my first alpine amplifier?

this is my first alpine amplifier so im asking is do they really sound as good as people say everyone on here says there awesome and i even saw a couple people on here with the same setup as im hooking up in the spring the 2 ohm voice coil mtx thunder square enclosur with my amp the alpine mrp m1000 and they said even underpowered it sounds great and slams and i got a small car so im excited u know but i want ur guys opinions i guess
