How come this investing website of stocks that just went public.....?

http://ipoportal.edgar-online.com/ipo/home.asp was suggested by a top contributor and every symbol that i search on this site under just filed does not come up on etrade or my itouch app. I would also like someone to explain what expired means and pricings???
