2 different amps connected to 2 different subs?

I have a rockford fosgate 250.1 monoblock amp 250 wrms at 2 ohms. And a alpine mrp 450 that has 400 wrms at 2 ohms. How would it sound if I hooked each one to an alpine type r? Would it sound bad since they both have a different rms rating or would it not matter because they are hooked up to different subs?
