Air Force Tuition Assistance reimbursement suspense?

First off I want to say I am an idiot, I didn't inform myself properly about TA and I failed my online class on May 17th of 2011 I let the situation si for a while and I later learned today that I have to pay this back. I went to the virtual education website and I had a suspense that expires today June 30th I immediately called the Education office and told them about the situation but the person who takes care about this wasn't available and said he was going to be in his office tomorrow and I also emailed the person in charge and left him a voice mail to set up a payment I don't want to pay the lump sum I have to pay it in allotments. How long does it take until they take my money away? will they consider my emails and my voice mail does if the suspense is expired does that mean they will take my money? I checked my mypay and my paycheck seems in order please help Thank you.
