It itches, what is it caused by and what can cure it?

The outer part of my vagina, is very red, and itches CONSTANTLY...Then, when I itch it way too much, it gets very red and irritated, and it hurts. I am still a virgin, I have had no type any sex at all. When i take a mirror and look through my vagina, i see this white dried stuff in it, and i take it out and it's very sticky. When i wake up, it smells like expired milk, no fishy smell, just expired milk. What might it be? How can i cure it?
