Russian/American duel citizenship HELP!!!!?

I have a huge problem. I am in Russia in right now and my passport expired. I reapplied for my Russian passport but it hasn't come nyet. I need to leave Russia in a couple of days and if I can't leave I will lose my job. Is there any way I can leave Russia with an American passport. Please can anyone help me in any way. I'm going crazy, I want to leave this country please help.
