Ticket for DWLS AND officer checked the wrong sex, lol?

I received a ticket for DWLS but when I called Austin, I was told my DL wasn't, nor had it ever been suspended. It was expired. Also, he checked the wrong sex...I know I'd need to do a Discovery to find out if he changed the sex but...either of these worth paying an attorney for? And yes, I completely look female/former model.
