What is the right amp for my subs?

i have two kicker cvt 10's 2 ohm and i was wondering if my current amp (alpine mrp-m500) is what i should have or am I under powered? I looked at the alpine site and it says it runs at 300rms at 4 ohm and i am basically wondering if that means 300 per sub or is it 150 per sub?
