Sound system over heating?

i have an all alpine set up in my toyota avalon. im not that great with wires and all that kinda stuff and im not sure if its instal or product paring thats got the system over heating. my question is should i have a Alpine mono power mrp-m1000 amp, Alpine 4channel power mrp-f300, a 2farad tsunami 20vdc cap on two Alpine type R 12". ground pounder ported box. could the problem be fixed with fans or will that create more problems? it heats up after about an hour of use, faster if its cranked up to about 25 and above.
